Thus, you can buy an apartment before it is ready. Of course there are a lot of risks, but if you find a reliable company, such a purchase will be the most profitable.
The only difference from a mortgage, it will be necessary to rent housing for several years. But this is not 15 and not 20 years old, a maximum of 5-6. You can live with parents or other relatives completely.
It is even more profitable to buy an apartment if you get under some state social mortgage programs. In this case, almost all banking interest is paid by the state itself. In addition, participation in the state program gives a guarantee that the construction will be completed and the developer is not some kind of fraudster.
The state also provides assistance to young specialists, large and young families. They can get housing either completely free, or paying only part of its value. Unfortunately, getting into such a program is quite difficult.
What are only queues in various state institutions? And housing itself will have to wait 3-4 years. Options to get housing is a lot of cheaper. The main thing is to think everything over and decide on what is most profitable and more convenient.
