When installing a variety of pipelines, steel pipes are most often used. For the convenience and extension of the service life, galvanized pipes are more popular.
By the method of manufacturing the pipe, you can divide into two types-kissed and welded. Whole pipes have no joints and are additionally covered with a layer of zinc, which protects them from corrosion. With a welded method, the appearance of joints in which the metal is damaged and exposed to rust is inevitable. Processing joints during installation must be paid to increased attention.
And whole and welded pipes are connected when installing adapters-phutings or couplings. They must be made of the same material as the main pipe.
Steel pipes are massively used in the installation of pipelines, except for those to which special requirements are imposed. Such pipelines are used to transport bulk materials, suspensions, various liquids and non -aggressive gases. They are also used in laying irrigation systems and when installing supports for cable and various fences. Water pipelines and gas pipelines are also mounted from steel galvanized pipes, and at home, heating and water supply systems.
