Stages of production of board

The production of this floor material is to comply with several stages. Initially, they choose a trimming board of the corresponding tree for further drying of the material. After the board is dried, the corresponding cut is made according to certain parameters and grinding.

The middle and lower layer of the future parquet board is made of natural wood, however, a lower grade, veneers are made.

After all layers are prepared by size, sorted, a very crucial stage of gluing comes. The gluing of the decorative layer with the middle begins, then the veneer with the middle layer is glued. The castle is formed precisely on the middle layer using a special machine.

Parquet board coating selection

If the parquet is made in the factory, then this means that the board is covered with a wear -resistant layer. A protective coating for a parquet board can be both varnish and oil. If you adhere to all operating rules, then the varnish can become more wear -resistant by 3 times than oil. If you choose oil, you should understand that every two years the parquet will have to be restored. In turn, varnish can last a decade. It is also worth noting that if the board is covered with oil, then it will not work to cover a layer of varnish.

Of course, a parquet board with an oil coating looks more profitable, its price is much higher. It is also worth noting that the board under the oil tolerates various temperatures and moisture than the varnish.

HDF board

When choosing a parquet board, it is better to give your preference towards the HDF plate, which is highly density and stable. The basis for the CDF is used more durable, so it becomes firmly worthy and various scratches or minor dents are less noticeable on it. According to these characteristics, such a plate will differ from the cost of a conventional parquet board.
