Planning of apartments in typical houses

All houses of housing can be divided into certain groups – series, depending on the common appearance, layout and the materials used for them. The combination of series for the year of construction or the material that was used in the construction of the walls is usually called the types of houses. Therefore, the layout of apartments in typical houses differ significantly from each other and are also called typical. Conditionally distinguish five periods of construction. The first belongs to the 50s of the XX century, when the so-called “Stalin” were built. The layout in them was distinguished by large areas of apartments from 40 to 90 square meters. m., separate rooms, high ceilings 2.8-3.2 m, and during the construction of massive walls, brick was used. In the second period from 1957 to 1962, the so -called “Khrushchevs” appeared, the walls of which were made in the form of panels or brick blocks. The number of rooms in them was already much smaller-1-3, also decreased the height of the ceilings from 2.5 to 2.7 m. The areas of the apartments were 32 square meters. m. In one -room, 45kV. m. – in two -room, 56 square meters. m. – In three -room. From 1963 to the mid-70s. “Brezhnevs” appeared – nine -story and twelve -story houses. The area in them became a little larger, both adjacent rooms and separate rooms appeared, and the division of the bathroom into two small rooms was used. A more convenient layout, compared to Khrushchevs, good sound insulation, large windows in apartments with wide window sills – all this provided a more comfortable living. The layouts from the mid-70 to the beginning of the 90s were even more successful, some of these typical houses continue to be built so far. Currently, the layouts in apartments are changing towards expansion, as regulatory acts are adopted on the minimum amount of residential mercy per person.
