The original document that certifies his identity, t. e. Civil passport.

Technical passport of the object that is sold. Upon expiration of its validity (the passport must be issued no later than five years before the date of the new transaction), the owner of the housing, must contact the BTI for a new document.
Sales contract printed in triplicate. One of them will remain the seller, the second will be transferred to the new owner, and the third will go to the archives of the registration chamber.
Receipts that confirm the payment of state duty.

Confirmation of approval of the sale of an apartment by guardianship authorities. It is necessary in a situation if the property is issued for a minor child. To get such a permit, you need to appoint your child the owner of a new living space, and by meter and conditions, it should not yield to the sold. Otherwise it will not work to sell the apartment.
