Timely repair of hydraulic cylinders

Various types of hydraulic cylinders are designed for pumping working mixtures. Sooner or later, the question arises of repairing a hydraulic cylinder, which must be approached extremely responsibly.

No matter how high -quality and expensive equipment there may be, it must wear out in the process of intensive use. Moreover, the bulk of the problems associated with operation falls on dynamic elements. It is these parts that include hydraulic systems that are part of the equipment used in many industries and technology. Today it is difficult to imagine oil and processing industry without modern hydraulics. Today, the hydraulic cylinder, represented by various types, is directly involved in the process of pumping working mixtures in accordance with the requirements of the technological process.

The main problem associated with the breakdown of the hydraulic pump is a violation of the tightness of the connection, which manifests itself in the form of a leakage of the working mixture. Such, insignificant, at first glance, breakdown can lead to dirt and dust in the system, which threatens more serious violations in the operation of the entire system.

Often, the repair of hydraulic cylinders includes the following operations:

replacement of worn parts and elements;

removal of an old chrome coating and applying a new one;

grinding the inner surface;

restoration of deep shells on external surfaces.

The first category of operations is performed in two ways that are possible only when using special equipment. The chemical method is simpler, but at the same time less high quality, since reagents are able to deepen the existing shells that increase the diameter of the cylinder. The mechanical method is more time -consuming, however, its application allows you to leave the original size. Moreover, the cost of work performed will be much lower than in the chemical method.

Grinding the inner surface is carried out on an intra -grinding machine. After the grinding directly, the surface is polished, which improves the quality of the galvanic coating.

During the operation of hydraulic cylinders, the sinks gradually grow, which leads to an inevitable malfunction of the system. In this case, there are also several ways of repair work. The traditional method of welding, while the metal is pulled in the seam site. Vacuum spraying, which is essentially more costly, as it requires preliminary preparation of the restored surface. After all the procedures carried out, the renovated hydraulic cylinder is tested at a special stand, which cannot be done without appropriate equipment.

It is not difficult to guess that the quality repair of the hydraulic cylinder requires the ultimate concentration of attention and high professionalism inherent only to specialists. It is impossible to cope with the emerging malfunctions on your own. In order to prevent serious breakdowns, it is necessary to make diagnostics in time, which will identify even the slightest deviations in the hydraulic system and extend the service life of an expensive unit.
