The wide waistband allows for a comfortable fit at the waist and helps prevent rolling of the capri. This version of our Jogger has a sublimated full color Maryland flag design as well as a black tonal mini flag repeat in the main part of the capris. The Jogger has a side cell pocket on one leg.
